7-Day Returns
Not happy with what you received? You have 7 days from delivery to request a return. We'll help coordinate the return and ensure your money comes back to you via M-Pesa or card, whichever you used to pay.
Verified Sellers
We manually verify every seller on the platform. They go through an ID check and agree to our seller standards before listing a single product. If a seller breaks our rules, they're removed — and affected buyers are refunded.
How We Keep Your Money Safe
Payments go through our platform — not directly to the seller. Funds are only released to the seller after you confirm receipt or after the 7-day protection window closes without a dispute.
How to Raise a Dispute
Go to your Orders page, find the order, and tap "Report a Problem." Describe the issue and attach photos if possible. Our team responds within 24 hours on business days.
