What Grade A, B and C Actually Means When You Shop Here

Why We Use a Grading System

Most second-hand platforms let sellers describe condition in vague terms like "good condition." That's not good enough. We use a standardised grading system so you always know exactly what you're getting.

Grade A — Like New

Grade A items are in near-perfect condition. They may have been used once or twice but show no visible wear.

Expect: No visible defects. Original packaging may or may not be included.

Grade B — Good Condition

Grade B items show light signs of use — minor pilling on fabric, light surface scuffs on shoes, or small marks that don't affect the item's function.

Expect: Light wear consistent with normal use. Fully functional.

Grade C — Visible Wear

Grade C items are priced low for a reason. They work, but they show it — noticeable fading, scuffs, or wear that's cosmetically visible.

Expect: Visible wear. Always functional unless stated otherwise.

Our Promise

Sellers who misgrade their items lose their verified status. If you receive an item that doesn't match its grade, report it — you're covered by our Buyer Protection policy.
